Fuel prices for diesel are on average between one pound fourty and one pound fourty five per litre. Yet did you know that over the last month oil prices have dropped by approx 11%?<blog break>

The average price of crude oil has dropped 73 times on a week to week basis in the past 3 years. Yet to fill up a ford focus with a 55 lite fuel capacity it now costs a huge £75 to fill up. More than £10 more than 3 years ago.

It seems that the tax that is imposed on our fuel becomes more and more an important part of social funding and hence the ndrops in crude oil prices don't seem to be reflected at the fuel pumps.
